My name is Diana.  I attended a Hypnosis for Weight Loss session with Lance on Tuesday, March 19, 2013.  I remember the exact day, as this was the day I experienced what I consider to be a lifesaving event. 

I have been on a weight loss roller coaster throughout my adult life.  As a result, I had become overweight, developed high blood pressure, and am an insulin dependent diabetic.  In my lifetime, I have tried just about every diet there is from no carb to low carb, Slim Fast, WW points, grapefruit, cleansing, you name it.   I had come to a point where I was ready to try just about anything to get off the ride. 

My youngest daughter had invited my oldest daughter to attend a hypnosis session.  She in turn asked me to attend.  My 70th birthday was coming up and as a gift she registered me for a session with Lance. My two daughters and I attended the session together with an open mind and the hope of developing a different kind of relationship with food. 

I had my doubts that hypnosis would work for me.  My wish was that the hypnosis would give me the willpower to stick to a plan.  Immediately after the session I felt “different,” but didn’t think I had been “hypnotized.” 

I found myself seeing food differently, and simply not wanting things that were not going to nourish my body.  I began walking right by candy dishes, cookies, and cakes, all of which had been a weakness for me prior to the session.  I began to make better food choices and now eat foods that are good for me and that will nourish my body, mind and soul. 

In the four months since my session, I have lost 30 pounds! I have received praise from my family, friends, and doctors.  I am able to take less medication for my high blood pressure, and have been able to decrease my insulin by nearly half. 

Hypnosis for Weight Loss changed my relationship with food.  I feel so much better about myself and continue to be excited and amazed at how well I am doing. 

I would like to say thank you, Lance, for changing and saving my life.
